Standard Shipping: We ship across Aotearoa New Zealand at a flat rate of $12.00 NZD per order, delivered by tracked courier. Rural deliveries are $15.00 NZD and take a little longer to reach you (5–8 business days). Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders over $100.00 NZD. Packaging: Your chocolates are packed with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, regardless of the weather.
We ship internationally to around 40 countries, including Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and much of Europe and Asia, at a flat rate of $42.00 NZD per order. International deliveries typically arrive within 10–21 business days of dispatch. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us at fi@kakawa.co.nz and we'll see what we can do.
Orders are dispatched from our whare in Waitati, Ōtepoti (Dunedin). New Zealand: courier delivery once dispatched; rural addresses allow 5–8 business days. International: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applied by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Every order is sent by tracked courier. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at fi@kakawa.co.nz with your order number and we'll work with the courier to put it right.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we're unable to change an address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll be in touch to arrange redelivery (additional shipping may apply).
