RETURNS POLICY

At Ka Kā Wā, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, delicious chocolate products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a specific returns policy in place.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will promptly assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund. If you believe you've received a damaged or defective order please email Fi@kakawa.co.nz

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you as soon as possible, and organise the return of the incorrect items, at no additional cost to you. If you believe you've received an incorrect order please email Fi@kakawa.co.nz

Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before finalising your purchase.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

We list all ingredients and potential allergens on our product pages and packaging. Please review this information carefully before purchasing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns based on individual dietary restrictions or allergies.

Return Process

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exceptions

Please note that limited edition items, gift cards, and promotional products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
